[3 reasons] why can’t you use protinex for bodybuilding?

On average, a person needs almost 2 grams of protein per kilogram of his/her body weight. It means that if your weight is around 55 kg, then you need approx. 110 grams of protein on a regular basis.


Now, if you want to use it for bodybuilding purposes, how can you fulfill your requirement.

If you take 2 servings per day of protinex, your body will get 20 grams of protein from it, which is not a great deal.

So, protinex doesn’t suit bodybuilding purposes.
